With over 35 years in the professional skin industry, 18 of them running my own clinic, I have navigated most of what you are facing.

Flourish is a bespoke, session-based mentoring programme built around you and what your business actually needs right now. Each session is 90 minutes, held via video call, and focused entirely on your priorities — whether that is pricing, positioning, client attraction, confidence or the longer-term direction of your career.

Sessions are typically held monthly, but we work at a pace that suits you. If you need more frequent support during a period of change, that flexibility is there.
